Orders

Submitting an order creates a real order record with status New. It is not an automatic acceptance, dispatch notice or payment confirmation. We may contact you if a product becomes unavailable or information is incomplete.

Prices, currency and payment

Catalog prices are held in UAH. At checkout you may choose EUR, USD, GBP or PLN. The order records the official reference rate shown at checkout and locks the converted price. Payment remains Pending; no charge is made by this website and payment details are confirmed separately.

Delivery

No delivery provider or delivery price is connected. Your preference is recorded, delivery options and any charge are confirmed separately, and the order currently records a delivery cost of zero.
