Right to cancel
For most online purchases by EU/EEA consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receiving the goods. Exceptions may apply, including sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and personalised goods.
Before returning an item
Contact [email protected] or +48 91 483 91 30 to request a return. Our registered address is Zbożowa 4, 70-653 Szczecin, Poland; do not send goods there until TM Toys confirms the return destination and instructions. Include the order number and the item you wish to return.
Condition and return costs
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond that. Who pays return postage depends on the final seller terms and whether goods are faulty; this will be completed before live trading.
Refund timing
When a valid cancellation is accepted, refunds are made using an agreed method after the payment method is agreed. This site does not currently take payment and cannot issue an automated refund.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Mandatory legal remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods apply independently of the withdrawal right. Report the issue with your order number and supporting details by emailing [email protected].
